I ordered 4 ninja caps of different colours out of which 1 was torn and 2 were of same colour. Georgette hijab was of good quality as well as magnets. But the caps were a bad experience. Feels like I have wasted my money on these caps 💔

I ordered hijabs and under caps, but one of the caps they sent was poorly stitched and extremely tight. When I informed them about this, they didn’t take my complaint seriously and, even after a week, the issue still hasn’t been resolved despite me having to message them repeatedly just to get a reply.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with their products—when I ordered an abaya, it was see-through with multiple loose threads hanging off the edges, and they refused to do anything about it, claiming they “haven’t received a similar complaint.”

The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is shocking, and their products are overpriced for the poor quality and terrible service they provide. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them at all.

Hijabs are very good .there colour is also beautiful but the niqab colour is different from hijab which is irritating me
